Dr. Bella-Lufu is a family physician administrating care in a solo practice in the Nepean area in Ottawa, Ontario. He received his medical degree in 1987, at Universit' de Kinshasa, and his Master's degree in Family Medicine at the University of South Africa's Medical School. He is kind, compassionate, caring and patient. He dedicates his time to ensuring his patients receive the highest quality of care.
